The estate agent, or realtor, is a professional mandated to be a middleman between the seller and the purchaser. He is legally capable, in the scope of a contract, to advise and carry out any type of transactions in real estate (purchase, sale, rental of property or businesses).

Sale of residential or professional buildings
| Transaction less than 60 000 € | 8,5% HT |
| Transaction between 60 000 and 100 000 € | 6,5% HT |
| Transaction between 100 000 to 200 000 € | 5,5% HT |
| Transaction more than à 200 000 € | 5,0% HT |
Sale of commercial or industrial buildings
| Payable by the acquirer | 8,0% HT |
Sale of land
| Payable by seller | 8,0% HT |
Apartment or villa rental
| Payable by policyholder | 10 €/m² + 3€/m² of cost of inventory |
